Our Lady of Mount Carmel and the blessed Amadeus IX of Savoy
The apse contains a large painting by Claudio Francesco Beaumont in 1755, which was only placed on the altar in 1760. It depicts Amadeus IX, duke of Savoy, the ill-fated duke that in the XV century led a virtuous and austere life and was forced to hand over his powers to his wife and children because of a horrible disease.
