Located in Piazza Trinità dei Monti, at the intersection between Via Sistina and Via Gregoriana, the building was built in 1592 on a design by Federico Zuccari, who also decorated the interior with his brother Taddeo. It is one of the most important examples of a house of an artist in Italy and contains mannerist grotesque masks, very close to the style of the Sacro Bosco of Bomarzo.
