Chapel of the Graces or Chapel of the Vow
This construction is a similar shape and size to a chapel that stood here until 1715, when it was destroyed to make way for the new basilica. In front of the Statue of the Virgin inside, Victor Amadeus II vowed to build a temple if he managed to beat the French and free Turin from the devastating siege of 1706.
