Altar piece featuring Madonna and patron saints
The altar piece is dedicated to the III-century Turin martyr saints, patron saints of the church, Avventore, Ottavio and Solutore. It was made between 1765 and 1766 by Roman painter Gregorio Guglielmi, at the time at the service of the House of Savoy. Of the painting, situated in the apse behind the valuable high altar by Filippo Juvarra (1730), a sketch remains at the Barock Museum of Saltzburg.
