Chapel of the Annunciation
Centro
- Location: Chapel of the Annunciation
- Date: mid-XIV century
This is known as the “Chapel of the Graces” since 1908. It contains the only cycle of 14th century frescos in Turin. They are attributed to a figure known as the Master of Saint Dominic and can be dated to around 1350-60 because in the lunette on the right there is a depiction of Saint Thomas Aquinas, who was canonized in 1323. The scenes in the decorations show the Dominican ideal for apostolic life.
