Fundamentally Hong Kong? DELTA FOUR 1984 – 2044

Hong Kong and the nearby Pearl River Delta are probably one of the areas in developing the most complex, controversial and current history, until today. Eleven small cities are rapidly developing a network of connections so as to form a single habitable zone. Through the concept of border crossing, lowland and water, home and community, marriage and departure, four short films tell stories and characters that live and move immersed in these environments and emerging systems.
In Venice and elsewhere, we urge the wisdom and imagination of the world to develop new possibilities of architecture as a discipline of social innovation.
