On May 28, inaugurates "Beware of the Holy Whore: Edvard Munch, Lene Berg and the Dilemma of Emancipation", an exhibition organized in collaboration with OCA (Office for Contemporary Art Norway) and is the official participation of Norway in the Biennale this year .
Proposals are on display for the first time in Italy, 28 works by Edvard Munch, such as drawings, sketches and paintings, juxtaposed with the most recent works of contemporary director Lene Berg, including a new film. The two Norwegian artists are united by the analysis of a life on the edge and the theme of alienation, from a psychological perspective in a historical and social dialogue that takes shape at the Gallery of St. Mark's Square, that 's opportunity is divided into two shows.
