At the Circle of Readers in the courtyards of the Borgo Medievale in Parco del Valentino, the third edition of Oltre i limiti, a project sponsored by the City of Turin, made by the Foundation for the Culture of Turin in collaboration with the Circle of Readers, the Borgo Medievale and the Association AIPS non-profit organization.
  Oltre i limiti is a series of meetings with personalities from the world of culture, sports, film, art, science and television, which aims to stimulate reflection on the research and the limit is exceeded, in its various forms: the limits determined by external circumstances, which lead whoever is put to the test to work around them, overcoming them - or, on the contrary, to accept their condition - those subjective, depending on the nature of each individual person.
The idea of ??limit can be understood in both a physical key, both in key mental, as an effort to achieve new goals in terms of knowledge.
The meetings will be held July 3 to 29, as part of the summer for citizens and tourists and this year will be included in the program of the Circle of Summerside readers.
  The exhibition will open Thursday, July 3, 21.30, at the circle of readers, with the incontroOltre the limits of the relationship between parents and children.
Umberto Galimberti, philosopher, and Maria Rita Parsi, psychologist and psychotherapist, coordinated by journalist Maria Teresa La Stampa Martinengo, will talk about the delicate relationship between parents and teenagers: how to approach the world and support them in this time of profound change?
  The second event, beyond the boundaries of cinema, will be held Thursday, July 10, 21.30, in the courtyard of the medieval village.
Davide Ferrario, author of Fade to Black (Longanesi) and director of Late Night andThe road of Levi, the anniversary of the publication of the book, published twenty years ago, will tell the boundary between literary and cinematic storytelling: from novel to film Hollywood.
  Tuesday, July 15th will be the turn of Beyond the limits of sustainable travel.
At 18:30 in the courtyard of the medieval village, Francesca Filippi present I love green, a guide containing basic information, advice and curiosity to spend a holiday in the great outdoors, exploring our region on foot or by bike, paddle or turning on a donkey. Also present will be Laura Carle, co-founder of Green Travel Experience and Rocco Moliterni, a journalist, who will coordinate the meeting.
  The exhibition will continue Thursday 17 July, when at 21.30, Borgo Medievaleospiterà Beyond the limits of taste, with Francesco Federico Ferrero, winner of MasterchefItalia, 2014, and Luca Iaccarino, journalist and wine critic of the Republic, LonelyPlanet and Slow Food. In a world where food and wine is increasingly in the spotlight, thanks to the media attention devoted to food and cooking, Ferrero tell Iaccarino and innovative ways of thinking about food and wine culture.
  Monday, July 21, at 21.30, at the Medieval Village, Gianni Riotta, journalist, and Maurizio Braccialarghe, Department of Culture and Tourism Promotion City of Turin will discuss Beyond the limits of information: the transformation brought about by the web and social media in the world information that create more questions about the trustworthiness of news sources and ethics.
  Thursday, July 24, at 22, the Medieval Village, will host the opening night of Traffic thelatest music beyond the limits of generations.
