In the gallery franzpaludetto the first solo of Kiril Hadzhiev. From February 20 to March 5, the first exhibition in a series devoted to emerging talents of Paratissima. From contemporary art exhibition David Paludetto identified the most promising artists to be included in its stable, investing in new creative trends.
Kiril Hadzhiev, Bulgarian-born but living in Turin, has been selected among the 15 best artists of the tenth edition of Paratissima and won the Prix Maurice Collino, of the association. His sculptures in marble are the visual representation of the literary and philosophical themes. Echoing certain theories of Nietzsche, the artist interprets and stages - and in crisis - the concept of Truth. There is nothing certain, definite and unquestionable, there is no true and false, and it is the same material used, the marble, to undermine certainties and beliefs, at the very moment in which it is used by the artist to represent something elastic and sinuous, as that is the most distant from its nature.
